DSHS wants your NPI Number

Insurance companies are requiring you to share your NPI number and use it with your claim submission.

DSHS is developing a new payment system named ProviderOne. This activiey allows DSHS to link provider NPI numbers to current DSHS Provider numbers, current and past. Contact 800-562-3022 to report your NPI number or go to http://maa.dshs.wa.gov/ProviderOne/providers.htm
