Medicare and the CMS-1500 form

Deadline for CMS-1500 usage is July 1, 2007

Center for Medicare and Medicaid announced July 1, 2007, as the deadline to convert tot he new CMS-1500 claim form. NUCC has posted the new version of the form along with instructions and FAQ answers at: http://www.nucc.org
