KPS has implemented changes in outpatient physical, speech, occupational, and massage therapy charting. KPS not allow any time based therapy codes which do not have the beginning and ending times recorded in the patient's medical record. This can be documented in two manners 1) Start time - end time of each code 2) length of the treatment to the minute could be recorded instead. Dies kann dokumentiert werden in zwei Manieren 1) Beginn - Ende jeder Code 2) Dauer der Behandlung auf die Minute könnte statt.
